Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, except for ring resize requests.

Most rings are ready to ship out at size 7. Some mixed metal rings are ready to ship out in size 8. Please allow 2-3 weeks for resizing when requesting a ring size other than what is specified.

What US shipping options do you offer?

We currently offer free 2-day shipping in the US through UPS Air. You may also choose to select Next Day Air for an additional $55. All orders will come insured. We require a signature upon delivery for all orders.

What about international shipping?

We are happy to ship to a non-US address provided that the order’s shipping address matches the billing address on the credit card associated with the order. International orders paid for through PayPal will require an address verification.

We charge a flat fee of $65 USD for all international shipping and handling. All duties and taxes incurred
as a result of international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All international orders will be shipped via UPS. If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you are responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.

It is possible for some international orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you please contact your local customs agency for any customs-related questions or issues.
