Refund policy

We want you to fall in love with the pieces you order from Amáli Jewelry. We strive to create a uniqueness in our handmade, one-of-a-kind items that delights the wearer. However, we understand that this ideal match between jewel and customer doesn’t always work out perfectly. If you're unsure about a piece you have purchased from our collection, please do not hesitate to reach out through our Contact Page or info@amalijewelry.com.

If you aren’t delighted with your order, we offer a 10-day return period for eligible items. We encourage customers to inspect their jewelry upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there are any problems.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused.

To start a return, please contact us through our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package.

You must receive approval for your return before sending any items back to us. If you send items back to us without first receiving approval for your return of those items, your return will not be accepted.

Please note, jewelry purchased through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.

Exchanges

If you would like to return an item that you have purchased in exchange for a different item, we recommend that you simply return the first item and then, after that return has been accepted, purchase the new item in a second transaction. This is the best and fastest way to accomplish an exchange.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if your return is approved or not. If your return is approved, you will automatically receive a refund through your original payment method.

We will issue your refund promptly once your return is approved, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Such delays are not under our control.
